Where your dogs are family

All drop off and pick ups are by appointment.  Your appointment has a 30 minute window (15 minutes before and after your scheduled time). If you will be early or late, you must call or text to reschedule your pick up or drop off time. If you arrive outside your appointment window without previously contacting us for approval you will be charged an accommodation fee of $25/incident.

We require all boarding and daycare dogs to be current on their rabies vaccination (may be administered every 1-3 years per your vet), and we highly recommend that your dog is current on all vaccinations provided by your veterinarian. Please provide proof of current rabies vaccination before or at drop off. You can bring a copy from your vet, text a picture to 406-218-1573, or have your vet email a copy to kindredspiritspetcare23@gmail.com

We do not require the Bordetella vaccine, also known as kennel cough, when bringing your dog for boarding or daycare. The vaccine given is a live virus so we request that if you choose to get your dog vaccinated for it, that you have your veterinarian administer it at least 2 weeks prior to your pet's next stay with us.

If your pet does contract Kennel Cough after staying with us Kindred Spirits Pet Care will not be held responsible and will not cover any medical costs accrued by your dog due to catching the virus. .

You may bring anything you want for your pet's stay. We do provide beds, blankets, toys, and bones. We cannot guarantee that your pet's toys/blankets will be returned in the same condition they are at drop off. 

If you choose not to bring your pet's food, or do not provide enough for the duration of their stay we will provide a house food to your dog at the additional cost of $1/cup of food fed throughout their stay.

To make your pet(s) stay as comfortable as possible we provide enrichment such as bones, toys, dog puzzles, treats, etc. We are very particular with what products we provide, and pets are always supervised while they have any enrichment items. Do you agree to not hold Kindred Spirits Pet Care liable if your pet is injured from an enrichment item.

When you bring your dog(s) for boarding or daycare you choose if you want to allow your dog(s) to participate in the play group. While we carefully select who plays together, and monitor all interactions, there is an understood risk of injury when allowing dogs to play together, either through accident or aggression. You agree that if you allow your dog to participate in play groups you will not hold Kindred Spirits Pet Care responsible for any injury that may happen to your pet, and you understand that Kindred Spirits Pet Care will not cover any medical costs caused by those injuries, if they occur.

If your pet becomes sick or injured while in our care we will always try to contact you immediately, if we cannot get ahold of you we will call your emergency contact. If the situation is an emergency we will take your pet to the nearest open veterinarian whether we can get ahold of you or your emergency contact or not. You will be responsible for any veterinary bills incurred.

Boarding is $25 per dog per calendar day. Payment is required at pick up. We accept cash, checks, credit and debit cards, and Venmo. 

If you are not going to be able to pick up your dog on the scheduled day you must let us know, we are happy to have your dog(s) stay longer as long as we have space available, if we do not have space then you will need to make arrangements for your dog to be picked up. Dogs that are left for at least 24 hours without notice or communication will be considered abandoned and we will notify the sheriff. The dog(s) may be surrendered to them or to Rimrock Humane Society.
